We have a public document that the community may view that outlines the staff guidelines such as our weekly activity requirement. I also have a separate document that I send to new Helpers that is an in-depth introduction and tutorial to the Helper position. I am unsure of which one you're talking about, but I have not yet viewed an application from you so I would assume it is just the public staff guidelines. c:
